It’s Time To Set Your Own Banking Hours…

On this page, you’ll find a walkthrough to help you navigate through the Audio Response System. First, contact the credit union to be set up and then you can start using Audio Response immediately. All you need is a touch-tone phone, your account number and your four-digit authorization code.

How Do I Get Started?

  • After your account is activated, have your credit union account number handy.

  • To access Audio Response directly, call (412)642-2850 or (412)275-0233. Once in the main menu, choose option 1 for account information and services, and follow the automated instructions. To speak with a credit union representative directly, call (412)642-2875.

Important Information

  • Audio Response will repeat your transaction so you can confirm or cancel at any time.

  • Funds cannot be transferred to an unrelated account.

  • Checks cannot be made payable or mailed to a different address than what is noted on your account.

  • All Audio Response transactions are posted immediately. Checks for withdrawals requested after 4p.m. will be mailed the next business day.

  • All transactions will appear on your regular statement.

  • Remember to wait for your confirmation number and record for your reference. To terminate your call, press *.
