Having Issues with Online Banking?
If you’re having problems logging into your online banking account, you can find help for some common issues below.
I can’t remember my password.
If you can’t remember your password you can reset it yourself by clicking the button below.
You’ll need to answer some questions about the Primary Account Holder to verify your identity. If we are missing any of the information requested from our systems, this option will not work, so please make sure to keep your information up-to-date and accurate. The capitalization needs to match our system exactly so your Name and Mother’s Maiden Name will need to be all in capital letters. You will then be asked to pick a password that you have never used before.
I can’t remember my User ID.
We can tell you your User ID at any time! Just call us at 412-642-2875. Once you are logged in, you can change your User ID to something easier to remember by selecting “Preferences” then “Change User ID” at the bottom of the “Change Password” box.
These security questions aren’t mine.
If an incorrect User ID is entered, the system will generate random security questions. Please double check that you are using the correct User ID. If you are unsure if you are using the correct User ID, please call us at 412-642-2875. If your User ID is correct but you are still getting the wrong security questions, click the button below for instructions on clearing your cookies and temporary files
If clearing cookies doesn’t resolve the issue, call us to have your security questions reset.
My account is locked out.
For security reasons, there is no way to unlock your own account, but we would be more than happy to assist you at any time! Just call us at 412-642-2875.
I can’t get into Bill Pay.
Users are required to have an eligible checking account to use Bill Pay. You can see and enroll your eligible accounts by clicking “Bill Pay” in the blue menu bar and then “Enrollment Options” in the gray sub menu.
Bill Pay should now launch in a pop-up window when you click the “Bill Pay” link in your blue menu bar. If you are not seeing a pop-up window please click the button below and follow the instructions to enable pop-ups in the gray sub menu.
I am having a different issue logging in.
Many Log In issues can be resolved by removing cookies and temporary files. Click here for instructions. Internet Explorer users may also want to reset their browsers by selecting the “Advanced” tab in their Internet Options window and then clicking the button labeled “Reset…” If this does not solve your log in issues please call us at 412-642-2875 for further assistance.
