COVID-19 Update – Branch Office Availability and Change in Hours

Dear Members,

As the credit union continues to respond to the events unfolding daily, Allegent has made the following adjustments at our Branch Offices effective immediately.

Until further Notice:

• All Branch Offices will be open from 9:00AM through 4:00PM Monday through Friday.
• Franklin Park, Penn Hills and Cranberry Branches will be open Saturdays from 9:00AM until Noon.

Other considerations implemented for the health, security and privacy of our members and employees:

• Liberty Center and Penn Hills Branch – We ask that only one member be in the credit union lobby at any time.
• Franklin Park and Cranberry Branch – We ask that you utilize our drive through window only to complete transactions. These two locations will not offer in-lobby transactions.

This will allow our staff to serve you promptly while maintaining the social distancing protocol as recommended by the CDC. This will also allow us to maintain your privacy during each transaction.

We will also accommodate any member who may have special needs. Please alert our staff when you arrive at any of our branch locations for assistance.

Each of our offices has an ATM that is available for your needs. You may also use any PNC ATM surcharge free with your Allegent card.

We also offer a variety of self-service banking options, such as online banking, mobile banking audio response and bill pay.
